(Total number of participants is subject to change within 10%. Numbers over or under this requires immediate contact of the camp manager prior to the start of your camp. Final payment will include the actual number of campers once you meet the minimum total.)

GUARANTEE: Should the number of participants fall below the guaranteed total, the group agrees to pay a minimum total of 75% of the estimated number of campers or the actual number of campers, whichever is more. This minimum payment is due regardless of the actual numbers that attend. Small groups may arrange with the manager for partial use of the facilities should we have another small group to share the facilities.

DEPOSIT: Your deposit must be sent with contract. It is refundable up to 90 days prior to the beginning date of your camp. It will be refunded within 10 days after the group's departure date. Deposit amount for a five-day camp week is $1500. Deposit amount for a two or three-day weekend camp is $750. Your deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure after inspection of camp facilities at the conclusion of your camp. Any fees needed to repair damage will be taken from the deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit amount, you will be charged for the extra charges.

INSURANCE: Each group is required to carry its own liability and primary medical insurance coverage. A certificate of insurance must be attached when submitting this contract.

NURSE: Each group is required to bring its own nurse for camp (current certification of CPR and First Aid). Nurse’s station and quarters are available for each session of camp.  If you are unable to secure a camp nurse, the camp will assist with securing a nurse for your camp. The cost for a five-day week of camp is $500 and for a two to three-day weekend camp is $250.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL INFORMATION: A copy of medical information for each camper will be presented to the camp nurse during the initial meeting with the camp manager at the beginning of the camp.

LIFEGUARD: Each group is required to bring its own lifeguard for camp. If you are unable to secure a lifeguard, the camp will assist with securing a lifeguard for your camp. The cost for a five-day week of camp is $250 and for a two to three-day weekend camp is $100.

LIST OF CAMPERS: California Law requires that a complete list of ALL campers (children and adults including names & addresses) must be given to the camp manager upon arrival.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

o A full refund of the deposit will be made if cancellation is received in writing 90 days prior to the scheduled event.

o Any cancellation in less than 90 days will forfeit the deposit unless another group fills that time with a group of equal size.

o Cancellation under 60 days will forfeit the deposit and requires a 50% payment of the guaranteed minimum amount, unless you arrange for another group to use your time.

o Cancellation under 30 days will forfeit the deposit and requires full payment of the guaranteed minimum stated on this contract.

PAYMENT: Final payment with one check is due to the camp manager prior to your group’s departure.

RESPONSIBILITY: I have read this contract and the accompanying camp regulations. I agree to abide by these terms. I will communicate these camp regulations to all campers attending this camp event.
